THE CREIGHTON FARMS INVITATIONAL
Barbara and Jack Nicklaus co-hosted the second Creighton Farms Invitational Sunday night and Monday at Creighton Farms in Aldie, VA. The event included a reception, dinner and auction held Sunday night at the newly opened Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Va. That was followed by golf on Monday morning on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Creighton Farms with celebrities such as NFL Hall-of Farner Darrell Green, and his former Washington Redski ns teammates Joe Theismann, Larry Brown and Mark Moseley. PGA pro and ESPN golf analyst Andy North was MC for the fireside chat at the dinner on Sunday. Other celebrities who played included former PGA pro Mike Muehr, former Bullets’ Kevin Grevey and Phil Chenier, and Paul Blair, former Orioles and Yankees star with 4 World Series’ titles.
